3) Before starting a workout session in the App:
Ensure the same workout mode is available on
the Workout list of the smartwatch. If not, add
the desired workout mode to the smartwatch
using the App.
To set a workout goal:
Touch Exercise tab. Tap the
icon. Tap Training
Goal. The goal options are Duration, Calories,
Distance and Open Goal.
To turn on high heart rate alert during workout:
Touch Exercise tab. Tap the
icon. Tap Heart
Rate Zone. Slide the button next to High HR Alert
to the On position. Tap
to save the changes.
To turn on distance alert on phone during
workout:
Touch Exercise tab. Tap the
icon. Tap Sound
Alert. Tap to choose a distance you want for a
sound alert. Tap
to save the changes.
4) To start a workout session, tap the Start icon. Once
you have started a workout in the App, the connected
smartwatch will sync and start the same workout.
5) During a workout session, you can do the following:
Press the on-screen
button to pause the
workout.
Press the on-screen
button to resume the
workout.
Press and hold the on-screen
button to end
the workout. Follow the prompt instructions to
confirm selection.
2.8.4 ROUTE TRACKING WITH BUILT-IN GPS
With its built-in GPS tracking capability, the smartwatch
can support route tracking of selected outdoor
workouts such as Outdoor Run, Outdoor Walk, Hiking
and Outdoor Cycle. When you select a GPS-supported
outdoor workout, the smartwatch will automatically
search for satellite signals. Wait for the watch to locate
these satellite signals. This may take more than a
minute to complete.
For the smartwatch to acquire satellite signals, wear
the smartwatch outdoors in an open area and face the
