① Set Alarm Set Point.
② Set hysteresis applied for Alarm Operation.
③ Alarm Signal sends the actual alarm after preset Delay Time when the alarm condition is satisfied.
④ Set High Deviation Limit for Deviation Alarm.
⑤ Set Low Deviation Limit for Deviation Alarm.
