Press the 2. button and then press the buttons to select the following options. Press the buttons to adjust each
option’s setting.
Picture Mode Cycles among picture mode: Standard / Soft / User / Bright.
Alternative
You may press the Picture button to select the picture mode directly.
Brightness Increase or decrease the amount of white in the picture. (for Personal mode)
Contrast Adjusts the difference between light and dark levels in the picture. (for Personal mode)
Colour Controls the colour intensity. (for Personal mode)
Sharpness Adjusts the level of crispness in the edges between light and dark areas of the picture.
Tint (For NTSC format) Adjusts the balance between red and green levels.
(Tint is only available for NTSC signal reception.)
Colour Temperature Adjusts the colour components independently to achieve a warm or cool.
Standard• : Remains natural tint unchange
Warm• : Increases red tint
Cool• : Increases blue tint
Aspect Ratio Allows you to watch the screen in various picture formats: Auto / 4:3 / 16:9 / Expand / Zoom
/ Smart Zoom.
Auto This selection will display picture of input source
expanded to fill the entire screen and allow you to view
the picture in full screen.
4:3 This selection will allow you to view a picture with an
original 4:3 aspect ratio, black bars will appear on both
the left and right of the screen.
16:9 This selection will allow you to adjust the picture
horizontally, in linear proportion, to fill the entire
screen.
Expand This selection will allow you to view the picture
without any alternation, while filling the entire screen
with subtitles shown on the bottom of the screen.
Customising the Picture Setting
Allows you to set your preferred picture mode.
Press the 1.
Menu button and then press the buttons to select the Picture menu.
