8.6.3.3 Rinsing the Device
Requirements
The new cartridges have been inserted.
Procedure
t If required: Rinse the pretreatment cartridge of the arium
®
mini plus
(see arium
®
mini plus in Chapter 6.4.7.3, page 39).
t Prepare rinsing: Attach the sampling tubing (see Chapter 6.4.9, page 42)
t Rinse ultrapure water cartridge (see Chapter 6.4.9, page 42).
y The dialog box “Connect filter” appears.
t Connect final filter (see Chapter 6.4.9, page 42).
t Confirm that the final filter has been connected with the [OK] button.
y Cartridge replacement is complete.

mini: Changing the Ultrapure Water Cartridge (L)
To change the cartridge, the final filter must be removed and the device
depressurized.
Requirements
In the “Change consumable” menu, the menu item
Ultrapure water cartridge is
activated.
y The dialog box “Remove filter” appears.
Procedure
t Remove final filter (see Chapter 8.6.3, page 69).
y First the “Prepare depress.” dialog field and then “Start depressurization”.
t Start depressurization (see Chapter 8.8, page 79)
y When depressurization is complete, the dialog box “Remove cover” appears.
t Remove the front cover.
t Confirm removal of the cover with the [
OK] button.
y The dialog box “Change cartridge” appears.
