Cooling system
Cleaning the heat exchanger
1. Remove the cover and pull out the cooler
core.
2. Clean the outside of the cooler core.
IMPORTANT!
Use a paraffin-based engine cleaning agent.
3. Remove any internal deposits using a round
rod.
4. Replace damaged and hard O-rings.
5. Assemble the heat exchanger.
6. Tighten the screws to 15-18 Nm.
7. Fit the heat exchanger according to the de-
scription.
