205) Water quantity Defines the water quantity for the selected
beverage.
1-600 ml Standard values are:
[25 ml] (Ristretto)
[35 ml] (Espresso)
[110 ml] (Coffee)
[35 ml] (Cappuccino)
[35 ml] (Latte)
[35 ml] (L.Macchiato)
[35 ml] (Chociatto)
[35 ml] (White americano)

207) Brewing accelerator water/
additional water
Option 1: [With coffee] setting
If "With coffee" is selected from the selection
list in the "Brewing accelerator or additional
water sequence" parameter, the brewing ac-
celerator water is set in sec.
The set water quantity (in sec) is split across
the brewing unit and the brewing accelerator.
Option 2: [Before/after coffee] setting
If "Before/after coffee" is selected from the
selection list in the "Brewing accelerator or
additional water sequence" parameter, the
setting for the additional water is in ml.
"With coffee":
0-30 sec
"After/before
coffee":
1-500 ml
Note the instructions in the
"Brewing accelerator/Ad-
ditional water sequence"
parameter.
The "Brewing accelerator/
Additional water" system
parameter is switched on
and a ([with], [after] or [be-
fore]) function is selected
in the "Brewing accelera-
tor/Additional water se-
quence" parameter.
208) Compression pressure Menu for selecting the compression pressure
in the brewing piston:
Defines the pressure of the lower piston
against the ground coffee in the brewing
chamber.
The higher the pressure, the slower the cof-
fee water flows through the ground coffee
into the brewing chamber.
