Quick menu in Standby mode
The [Quick Menu] provides the following information in Standby mode:
• Machine number > [00.00.000‘001]
• Customer number > [0000000000]
• SW version SCA [SCA BF v1.71]
• Version with optional board [SW:-- HW:--]
• Software version TouchIT [1.71 (46158]
• External buttons available [YES/NO]
• Setting clock [00:00]
• Setting date [DD.MM.YYYY]
• Time zone [list of different time zones]
• Menu with error and cleaning statistics
• Brewing time [ON/OFF], display of brewing time after beverage dispensing
To open the Quick menu:
► Press the [Service] field at the bottom left of the touch screen.
The selection menu appears.
► Press the [Quick Menu] field.
The Quick menu appears.
Switching on coffee machine
► Switch on the machine using the [Switch on] field at the bottom right.
The machine heats up; see the "Quick information" at the top right.
The machine is ready for use as soon as the required temperature is reached.
The preset beverages appear for selection.
Service menu
The machine is switched on.
It is possible that access to the "Service menu" PIN is protected.
Option 1: With visible [Service field]
The "Service field visible" parameter is activated in the "View set-up" menu.
► Press the [Service] field at the top right ("Barista Silver [BS] standard" mode).
► Press the [Service] field at the bottom left ("Operator service mode [B]").
The [Service] menu opens.
Option 2: With invisible [Service field]
The "Service field visible" parameter is switched off.
► Press and hold the upper right corner of the touch screen for ±2 sec ("Barista Silver [BS]
standard" mode).
► Press and hold the bottom left corner of the touch screen for ±2 sec ("Operator service
mode [B]").
