3) Frame Prep (Standard and TRD):
• The frame prep is the same for the Standard and the TRD models. The door prep for the
standard model has many options (see - ) depending on the depth of the channel (if any).
The TRD model has a specific prep of its own (see - ). The lock should be located as close to
the strike side as possible while still allowing room for the mounting tabs and screws.
