Also, verify that the compressed air lines are correctly connected and that no unused air connections are open. Ensure the flow control valve is open. The proximity switch might be defective or incorrectly set, so readjust or replace the sensor. Finally, a component part may be defective, in which case you should replace it or send it to SCHUNK for repair.

If your SCHUNK Controller product isn't traveling through the entire stroke, it could be due to several reasons. There might be an accumulation of dirt between the stop/sleeve and pistons, so cleaning and re-lubricating may help. Incorrectly adjusted end positions could also be the cause, so try adjusting them. Ensure that the air supply is sufficient and the pressure isn't dropping below the minimum. Also, a mounting surface that is not sufficiently flat can cause this issue, so check its evenness. Lastly, a defective component part may be the reason; consider sending the product with a SCHUNK repair order or dismantling the product.
