WARRANTY
10. Damage resulting from the vehicle has been altered
or modified in such a way so as to adversely affect
its operation, performance or durability, or has been
altered or modified to change its intended use.
LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES
AND REMEDIES
This limited warranty excludes any failures that are not caused
by a defect in material or workmanship. This warranty
provides no coverage for consumable components, general
wear items, or any parts exposed to friction surfaces,
stresses, environmental conditions and/or contamination
for which they were not designed or not intended, including
but not limited to the following items:
• Batteries • Filters
• Bearings • Finished/unfinished surfaces
• Brake components • Hydraulic components/fluids
• Bushings • Light bulbs/lamps
• Throttle body components
• Lubricants
• Circuit breakers/fuses • Sealants
• Clutches components • Seat components
• Coolants • Spark plugs
• Drive belts • Steering components
