Summary

The leg muscles

Cycle exercise

Sit with ball between knees, bend one leg, keep other stretched. Move legs alternately like cycling.

Jodphurs

Lie on side on ball, hands/top foot on floor. Roll ball along outer thigh from knee to hip.

Inner thigh

Place inner thigh on ball. Bend/stretch leg to massage top thigh part.

Buttocks across

Sit on ball, hands/toes on floor. Move knees side-to-side to roll ball across buttocks.

Buttocks lengthways

Sit on ball, hands on floor. Bend knee to chest, stretch leg. Repeat. Try both knees.

The front thighs

Lie on stomach, ball on hips. Squeeze legs. Roll forward to knees, lift upper body with arms.

Flat tummy

Lie relaxed on tummy on ball. Slide down one side, bend opposite knee to grip ball.

Fall from side to side

Lie with ball between shoulder blades. Relax neck. Fall down one side, arm on ball. Press arm to return.

The pillow

Lie with head on ball, shoulders on floor. Support with fingers. Turn head side-to-side to massage occiputs.

Bend and stretch

Lie with stretched legs, thighs on ball. Squeeze legs. Turn body to roll ball on outer thigh.

The upper arm

Sit like mermaid. Place upper arm on ball. Push back/forth to roll ball along outer side of arm.

Inner side of upper arm

Sit like mermaid. Lie body towards ball, inner arm on ball. Push back/forth to roll ball along inner side of arm.

Pointing exercise

Lie with ball under lower back, bend knees, stretch arms. Stretch one knee to point toes, lift head.

The hip kneader

Lie with ball under lower back, arms stretched. Wriggle knees down to floor, ball rolls on outer hip.

Along the back

Sit on ball, stretched legs, hands/feet on floor. Slide down, bend knees, lift bottom. Ball rolls to shoulder blades.

Diagonal

Stand against wall, ball between wall/shoulder blades. Press ball, turn body to roll ball along shoulder blades to shoulder.

The neck

Stand from wall, legs apart. Bend body forward, head/arms hang. Ball between neck/wall. Push body to roll ball to shoulder.
