7.2.5.2 Writing Pyrometer Data
To write parameters to the pyrometer, the same interface commands are used (see 11) as used on the
RS232 / 485 serial interface.
Byte assignment (16 Byte):
The first 15 bytes contain the interface command (in ASCII, without the device address) + <CR>
The 16th byte is set to:
- 03h (the command is sent to the pyrometer, the pyrometer responds with ok + <CR>, which means
that the command was accepted. This answer is on the output as long as the byte is at 03h. Py-
rometer data will no longer be displayed and refreshed during this time!)
- 01h (the command is sent to the pyrometer, there is no response from the pyrometer)
- 00h is used to reset of receiving the selected data packet.
Example: la1 + <CR> (switch on laser targeting light, also see 11, Interface commands la)
