When the PCI is installed, setting is made to 1 or 2.

MODE1: Red LED is light/blink/OFF, MODE2: Red LED always
OFF
CAUTION: When "PCI SETTING" is changed from "0" to "1" or "2,"
if SIM26-03 "OUTSIDE AUDITOR" is set to
"S_VENDOR," "OUTSIDE AUDITOR" is changed to
"NONE."
