5. Error messages
In case of error the ready signal will be "off". If a fault occurs during run-
time, the analogue output is kept at its last value.
If an error exists on power on, the analogue output is set to its minimal
value, e.g. 4mA.
There is no acknowledgment required. The normal operation is resumed
when errors are eliminated. The ready signal turns on again.
NOTICE
The housing may not be opened. There are no user-serviceable parts
inside.
5.1 LED - Indications
E 1 Programming mode is activated.
Cut off the wire bridge pin 13/14.
E 2 Programming mode is activated.
Cut off the wire bridge on pin 13/14.
E 3 - Format of encoder not correct.
- Wires changed or cut off.
- Encoder faulty.
In case of parallel connection:
- The master module sends no clock signal.
E 4 Position "min" and/or "max" is not programmed,
depending on which LED is flashing.
"min" and "max" are programmed on the same position.

NOTE
Incorrect "clock +" and "clock-" connections can not be detected by the
SK20.2. Position "min" and "max" can not be programmed. Error message
E4 is pending.
