L’argano viene fornito completo di
olio. Fare attenzione che la vite di
scarico sia ben chiusa e controllare
il livello dell’olio. Immettere il
90% della quantità descritta per
ogni tipo di argano, attendere 5
minuti, dopodiché immettere
lentamente olio fino al
raggiungimento ottimale:
MR17 – L’asta di controllo ha due
linee che indicano livello min. e
livello max. L’olio deve arrivare al
centro delle 2 linee come indicato
dalla freccia.
MR21, 26, 35 – Hanno una spia
trasparente che al centro porta un
bollino rosso. L’olio deve stare
all’incirca in mezzeria della spia
trasparente.
Per eventuali rabbocchi utilizzare
solamente gli oli indicati sull’oblò
dell’argano:
MOBIL: GLYGOYLE 30
SHELL: TIVELA OIL S220
SHELL: TIVELA OIL WB
OILIO SINTETICO
(POLIGLICOLICO)
Questi oli sono compatibili e me-
scolabili fra loro.
Non usare altri tipi di oli !
L’olio deve essere cambiato ogni
3..5 anni a seconda del grado di
utilizzo. Se la temperatura dell’olio
eccede gli 85° C, l’olio deve essere
cambiato ogni 3 anni.
9.1-SOSTITUZIONE
DELL’ OLIO
La sostituzione dell’olio si rende
necessaria solo nel caso di
inquinamento dello stesso con altre
sostanze ( es. acqua o erronei
rabbocchi con oli diversi da quelli
indicati ).
Per procedere alla sostituzione del-
l'olio si deve:
-leggere il capitolo “Prescrizioni di
sicurezza”,
-escludere l’alimentazione elettri-
ca dell’argano,
-pulire la zona intorno al tappo di
carico olio dell’argano per evitare
di introdurre al suo interno sporco
o calcinacci con possibili gravi
danni per la macchina.
The gear is supplied with oil. Make
sure that the oil drain plug is
tightly closed, and check the oil
level.
Pour 90% of the quantity indicated
for each type of Gear Box, wait for
5 minutes, and then pour slowly oil
up to reaching the optimal level:
MR17 – The controlling level has
two lines that indicate min. level
and max. level. The oil must reach
the center between both lines as
indicated by the arrow.
MR21, 26, 35 – They have a small
window with a red dot on the
center. The oil must be
approximately in the center of the
window.
Top up only with oils showed on
the oil cover:
MOBIL: GLYGOYLE 30
SHELL: TIVELA OIL S220
SHELL: TIVELA OIL WB
SYNTHETIC OIL
(POLYGLYCOLIC)
These oils can be mixed together.
Do not use another type of oils !
The oil must be changed every
3...5 years depending on the degree
of use. If the oil temperature
exceeds 85°C change it every 3
years.
9.1-CHANGING THE OIL
Changing oil is needed also if it
mixed with other substances ( for
examples: water or also different
from these ones recommended ).
To change the oil, proceed as fol-
lows:
-read the chapter entitled, “Safety
precautions”.
-Shut off the power to the winch,
-Clean the area around the filler
cap on the winch to prevent dirt or
crusty deposits from entering the
unit, which would cause serious
damage.
