11.2 Replacing components

Replacing fans in 400 to 850 A devices
1. Remove the front cover of the SINAMICS DC MASTER
2. Withdraw the connector for the fan sensor

3. Withdraw the connector for the fan power supply ②
4. Loosen the screws ③ (tool: Torx T20 screwdriver)
5. Withdraw the fan module towards the front
6. Insert the new fan module and tighten the fastening screws (tightening torque 1.5 Nm), reinsert
the connector and reattach the front cover
