Locking your telephone
You can prevent unauthorized persons from using your
telephone (and the telephone directory) during your ab-
sence.
Precondition: You have been assigned a personal iden-
tification number (PIN) by your service personnel.
Preventing unauthorized dialing:
Press the key. The lamp lights up.

Enter the service code.

Select and confirm.
Select and confirm.

Enter the PIN (code number).

Insert the chip card. All lamps light up briefly.
Input is followed by the display:
“Executed”.
Remove the chip card again.
Enabling the telephone again:
Press the key. The lamp lights up.
