Step by Step
Opening the door with a code (at the door)
j After ringing the bell, enter the five-digit code (using the
keypad or a DTMF transmitter). Depending on how the
door opener has been programmed, a doorbell call sig-
nal may or may not be forwarded.
Activating the door opener
N Open the Program/Service menu Æ page 29.
Select and confirm the option shown.
Select and confirm the option shown.
j Dial the entrance telephone number.
j Enter the five-digit code. Default code = "00000".

Select the displayed function and press the "OK" dialog
key to change the code.

Accepting a call from an answering machine
If an answering machine is connected to your system
(ask the responsible technician) and you have pro-
grammed the answering machine’s internal number on
a key Æ page 68, you can accept the call from the an-
swering machine.
R The LED lights up. Press the key shown.
