2.3 Key functions
2.3.1 Changing the LCD backlight
Increasing the LCD backlight:
Press <CTRL>followed by the <LEFT> arrow after at max. 2 seconds.
z By holding down the <CTRL> button and repeatedly pressing the <LEFT> arrow
button the LCD backlight level can be increased to the maximum.
Reducing the LCD backlight:
z Press <CTRL> followed by the <RIGHT> arrow after at max. 2 seconds.
z By holding down the <CTRL> button and repeatedly pressing the <RIGHT> ar-
row button the LCD backlight level can be decreased to the minimum.
2.3.2 Keypad button backlight
Increasing the keypad button backlight
z Press <CTRL> followed by the <UP> arrow after at max. 2 seconds
z By holding down the <CTRL> button and repeatedly pressing the <UP> arrow
button the keypad LED backlight level can be increased to the maximum.
Decreasing the keypad button backlight
z Press <CTRL> followed within 2 seconds by <DOWN> arrow.
z By holding down the <CTRL> button and repeatedly pressing the <DOWN> ar-
row button the keypad LED backlight level can be decreased to the minimum.
2.3.3 Changing the frequency of the keypad buzzer
z Press <CTRL> followed by 'A' or 'B' within 2 seconds.
Î Hold down the <CTRL> button.
Î By repeatedly pressing the 'A' button the frequency of the buzzer tone can be
increased.
Î By repeatedly pressing the 'B' button the frequency of the buzzer tone can be
decreased.
