4.6.8.1 M11 Procedure - Valve Cap Disassembly
1. Perform a Job Safety Assessment (JSA). Review the procedure and take action to manage
any safety risk.
2. Place the analyzer out of service and put the analyzer in HOLD.
3. Turn off the valve gas, carrier gas and sample gas by closing the block valves for each of
these gasses.
