6.3 Replacing the PTC heating element
Tools:
► Screwdriver bit for oval screws
Mat. no.: 34 1021
► Torx screwdriver T20
Procedure:
1.
Remove water tank.
2.
Remove screw (1), M3.0 x 8 oval head.
Rotate cup heater anti-clockwise (2) and remove upwards.
Pay attention to protective conductor connections.
3.
Remove 2 screws (3), M4.0 x 8 Torx T20.
4.
Remove plate (4) and remove PTC heating element (5)
downwards.
Installation is in reverse sequence.
During assembly, ensure that the protective conductor
wires do not touch any gearwheels.
