7.3 Measuring the coffee temperature
Procedure:
► Switch on machine, press Standby button (a).
► Wait until Ready is displayed.
►
Then press the “coffee” button
(f)
for a large coffee to prewarm
the brewing system.
► Wait until Ready is displayed.
► Place a measuring cup (A) under the coffee outlet.
► Insert a capsule (Cosi is most suitable).
► Press the “coffee” button (f) for a large coffee.
► Wait until there are 20 ml of coffee in the measuring cup.
►
Then measure the coffee temperature approx.
5–10 mm
under
the coffee outlet (B).
The coffee temperature should be approx. 86 °C +/– 3 °C.
