7.5 Outgoing goods inspection
The outgoing inspection ensures that the appliance satisfies the
requirements after the service
4. Wait for automatic rinsing process
► Only possible when the temperature of the heater has
dropped below 40 °C.
► The outgoing inspection must be conducted in full!
► Is Service and then Rinse displayed?
► Eliminate faults and deviations and then conduct the outgoing
inspection again in full!
► How long does the machine require to heat up?
(Standard time approx. 50 sec.)
1. Fully open and close the sliding door by hand
► Is a rinsing process taking place?
► The sliding door must move easily into the respective
mechanical end stops of the appliance.
► Is standby indicated on the display by Ready?
► CLOSED pos.: Sliding door projects over the aluminium profile
equally on both sides.
5. Check Standby button light function
► It must come on as soon as the main switch was switched on.
► OPEN pos.: Right edge of door must be flush with the right
edge of the aluminium profile or retracted slightly.
6. Press Standby button and measure the time required for
closing the sliding door
2. Insert mains plug, switch on mains switch on the appliance
► Target 1.0 – 1.5 seconds
► Sliding door closes automatically. Sliding door must move into
the mechanical end stop of the appliance and must not slightly
jump open again.
7. Press Standby button and measure the time required for
opening the sliding door
► Target 1.0 – 1.5 seconds
3. Press Standby button
► After the appliance is ready to use again, close the sliding
door by hand.
► Sliding door opens. Sliding door must move into the
mechanical end stop of the appliance and must not slightly
jump shut again.
8. Move hand towards the disc on the sliding door
► Sliding door opens.
