5. C-AXIS Mode
Normally the machine consists of C-axes as shown
in right side.
According to the machine type, it will be decided
whether C1-axis is attached or not.
C-axis is operated as spindle basically, it will be
operated as C-axis by C-axis switching operation.
C-axis may need hydraulic clamp operation during
machining if need. According to the pressure on
clamping, it divided into "Low" and "High" clamp
operation.
Low clamp : In case that C-axis does machining workpiece with continuous division feed.
It mainly used in cam groove machining.
High clamp : In case of machining workpiece with fixing after dividing C-axis into arbitrary
angle. It mainly used in tapping, drill, key groove machining.
