The lamp in start switch shown in left side will be
OFF.
Press the stop switch shown in left side, then the
lamp in switch is ON and coolant stops.
Beside the cases above, in case of emergency stop of machine, coolant will stop.
And in case of opening the front door, coolant will stop but if the front door is closed
again, then coolant will be operated again without additional command.
(2) General coolant automatic operation
Operate coolant using M-code as follows.
M08 ; Coolant “ON”
M09 ; Coolant “OFF”
In order to execute M-code listed above, the machine should be in the status as follows.
- Machine ready status
- Automatic operation is possible.
- The front door is closed.
- Coolant pressure alarm isn’t occurred.
- All of the lamp in coolant operation switches shown in left
side are “OFF”.
If not, OFF the lamp by pressing corresponding switches.
(3) Stop operation and restarting of general coolant
Coolant in operating can be stopped by M-code or stop switch in operation panel.
However, coolant can be also stopped by operation as follows.
- Emergency stop of machine.
- Press NC reset switch.
- Command M02 / M30.
- Command M00 / M01.
(Coolant stopped by M00 / M01 will be restarted when automatic operation is
restarted.)
