Each communication port has a setting to allow you to determine which port is used for local operation and which port is used for
remote operation. If the port is set to Local or Remote, the port can be used for all operations and has no priority.

The binary output can be configured for Out of Service Mode via Reydisp Evolution. However, this will not affect the binary output
status and it remains Disabled for Out of Service mode.
