Blurring affects the accuracy of positioning. It is the difference between the
maximum and minimum response times. With an absolute encoder (SSI) it’s
magnitude is:
Blurring = Frame transfer time + Monostable flipflop period
For programmed absolute encoders:
Blurring = Frame transfer time + Monostable flipflop period +1/max. step sequence
