The parameters

Parameter Description
Power Ramp Specifies the step-by-step increase in the transmit/radiated power per antenna.
Power Ramp automatically increases the power if a transponder was not identified
during read/write access.
Power Ramp 2 Specifies the step-by-step increase in the transmit/radiated power per antenna.
Power Ramp increases the power automatically if a transponder was not identified
during read/write access and ITF phase 2 was activated in the parameter settings.
Tag Hold If the Tag Hold algorithm is active, an identified transponder is saved on the reader
with the first "READ" / "WRITE" access. In contrast to the normal mode, if Tag
Hold is activated, all subsequent "READ" / "WRITE" commands execute only for
this transponder.
Fast Read Specifies whether the transponder ID is read out again (deactivated) or whether
the ID is read out from the reader memory (activated).
Smoothing Specifies how often a transponder must be detected before the reader performs
read/write access. Alternative to ITF. Smoothing is the default setting.
Black List The Black List algorithm is used to hide transponders that have already been
processed. Using the Black List algorithm, overshoots etc. can be avoided in
difficult UHF environments. With the aid of the Black List, you can specify the size
of the ring buffer (entries).
Read/Write
Boost
Specifies a fixed transmit/radiated power increase of an antenna in ¼ dB steps for
read/write access.
Power Gap Specifies gaps between read/write accesses. Power Gap allows undisturbed
reading/writing of transponders when there is a high reader density.
ITF Specifies the number of inventories in which a transponder must be detected
before the reader performs read/write access. Alternative to Smoothing.
ISTM Sorting mechanism to allow processing of one of the transponders located in the
antenna field in Singletag Mode. Specifies the minimum distance of the ISTM delta
and the sorting criterion.
Radio Settings Specifies an RSSI limit value. A transponder needs to be identified with the
minimum signal strength defined here before it is entered in the Tag List so that
read/write access is possible. You can also make settings for the following radio
parameters: "RSSI Threshold", "Carrier Off Delay", "InitQ" and "ETSI Channels".
"Multitag" is defined using "InitQ".
