Replacing memory modules
The motherboard is equipped with one slot for an SO-DIMM DDR4 memory module. You
can use it to expand the memory capacity of the device to a maximum of 16 GB.
Note
Use only the memory
modules recommended by Siemens AG.
Requirement
The device is disconnected from the power supply.
The device is open (see sections "Opening the device (Page 61)" and "Opening the
device containing expansion cards (Page 63)").
Procedure
Note
Observe the directives on handling electrostatic
-sensitive components in ESD guideline
(Page
98).
Removal
1.
Push down the module clips towards the
outside.
The memory module tilts forward.
2.
Remove the memory module from the
slot.
