The power supply system can be reactivated again after
automatic shutdown due to an error by switching the supply
voltage off and on.

The power supply system is starting up, all outputs are still
switched off.
3 White
The power supply system is in normal operation.

Green
A phase failure of the supply voltage was detected. The
power supply system can continue normal operation without
restriction for a limited time.
5 Green, flashing
System overload within the permissible overload profile
detected; the power supply system continues to operate in
normal mode.
