Prepare components for storage
The aim of decommissioning is to prepare the individual components of the unit properly for storage.
u
Disconnect the operating voltage.
u
Remove the photometer.
u
Clean sensor head.
u
Check the desiccant and, if necessary, Replace desiccant.
u
Ensure that all openings on the device are sealed.
Storing the components
Ensure that the following conditions are met for storage:
The components contain electronic parts. Storage must meet the usual conditions for such components. In par-
ticular, ensure that the storage temperature is in the range -20 ... +60 °C.
All components that come into contact with the medium during operation must be dry and clean for long-term
storage.
All components must be protected from the effects of weather, condensing humidity and aggressive gases during
storage.
