6.2 Setpoint adjustment
The setpoints are adjusted using the 20-turn potentiometer (only valid for VES08, VES09 and
EU 3011V0000126) and the included screwdriver.
Turning the potentiometer clockwise increases the setpoint and means that the LED strip
rises to the green range.
Turning the potentiometer counter clockwise reduces the setpoint and means that the
LED strip drops to the red range.
6.3 Adjustment with the medium not flowing
Ensure that the medium is not flowing and wait for the standby time (approx. 8...12 s) un-
til a constant temperature has been set at the sensor.
Adjust the potentiometer so that the red LED lights up.
When the flow starts, the red LED must go out, the yellow LED and at least one green
LED must light up.
6.4 Adjustment with flowing medium
IMPORTANT!
The setpoint to be monitored must be within the detection range of the flow monitor.
Set the desired flow and wait until the flow and the medium temperature are constant.
Set the potentiometer so that the yellow and for example two green LEDs light up.
If the flow stops, first the green LED goes out, then the yellow LED and then the red LED
lights up.
