6.4.1 Adjustment for flow below the specified level
Set the desired flow and wait until the flow and the medium temperature are constant.
Adjust the potentiometer so that the yellow LED and at least the first green LED light up.
When the flow velocity drops, green goes out first, and yellow when it is further reduced.
As soon as the yellow LED goes out, the red LED lights up.
6.4.2 Adjustment for flow above the specified level
Set the desired flow and wait until the flow and the medium temperature are constant.
Adjust the potentiometer so that the red LED just lights up.
When the flow rate increases, the red LED goes out and the yellow LED lights up. If the
flow rate continues to rise, the green LED will also light up.
6.5 Setpoint adjustment (flow) for switching transducer EU3011V0000240
(230 VAC)
The setpoint for the flow is set at the switching transducer with two potentiometers (Flow
Setpoint) for coarse and fine adjustment. In the case of flow rates higher than the detection
limit of the connected sensor, the dropout or reduction of the flow rate is reported as soon as
the flow rate falls within the detection range of the sensor.
Set the setpoint as described in chapters 6.2 to 6.4 and carry out the coarse and fine ad-
justment with the corresponding potentiometers.
