Blueberry and banana muffins
Ingredients for 5 muffins
100 g wheat flour
1 tsp. of baking powder
1 ripe banana
1 large egg
20 g butter
½ tsp. vanilla essence
50 g honey
½ tsp. cinnamon
100 g blueberries
Preparation
1) Mix the flour with the baking powder in a large bowl
2) Mash the banana with a fork and add the flour and baking powder
to the egg, butter, vanilla extract, honey and cinnamon and mix well.
3) Carefully fold the blueberries into the batter.
4) Divide the batter into muffin tins and place them in the hot air fryer.
5) Bake the muffins at approx. 180°C for approx. 20 minutes. To test
whether the muffins are cooked, you can prick them in the middle
with a wooden toothpick. If no batter sticks when you pull it out, the
muffins are ready.
