TheBITEdialogboxdoesnotpermityoutochangeanyoperationalparameters.
Withthevesselinport,theenvironmentalconditionsarenotsatisfactory.Intheshallow
watersoftheport,noisefromothervessels,dockyardworkersormachinerywillcause
unreliabletestresults.Ifyoudothistestsinabusyharbour,orwithnoisesources
present,thesensitivereceiverswilldetectallthenoiseinthenearbywaters.Excessive
noiseorinterferencemaybemisinterpretedasphysicaldefects.
