5.1 Format of Parameter Tables
14 groups of parameters of EM100: F00, F01, F02, F03, F04, F05, F06, F07, F08, F09,
F10, F11, C00, and E00. F00-F11: function setting codes, C00 group: monitoring codes,
and E00 group: fault monitoring codes.
