F10.06 Inverter receiving proportion coefficient
This function defines the numeric frequency (received by the slave from the master)* the
proportion coefficient of F10.06, which is the actual frequency setting received by the
slave.

User Password
F11.01 is for setting a password to start password protection function to prevent parameters
from being edited by non-professionals. If the new password is 0, the password function is
disabled.
