• Check whether the electric actuator operates nor-
mally or is stuck by foreign matters.
• Check the drive motor of electric actuator is nor-
mally wired.
The platform controller
cannot control lowering
– no alarm signal.
Staged lowering function Reset the handle and perform lowering again.
The ground controls
cannot control lifting
with the platform level
and unladen and at the
lowest position.
Height calibration error/electric
actuator fault
• Re-calibrate the height.
• Check if the electric actuator drive is powerd on and
has any alarm.
• Check whether the drive motor encoder of the elec-
tric actuator is normally connected.
• Check whether the electric actuator operates nor-
mally or is stuck by foreign matters.
• Check the drive motor of electric actuator is nor-
mally wired.
The platform cannot be
lifted to the highest
position indoors with
the machine unladen
The height has not been
calibrated/the travel switch is
incorrectly set
• Re-calibrate the height.
• Change the setting of the travel switch.
Platform stops rising
furtherafter reaching
acertain position.
The travel switch setting is
incorrect.
Recalibrate the travel switch.
Overload alarm when
the machine is
unloaded
The weight sensor has not
been calibrated/this is the first

No warning after

Lower limit switch not
functioning properly/drive
motor drive malfunctioning/the

• Limit switch is incorrectly installed/malfunctioning
• Inspect whether the ground controller is
