Inspection activity (numerical codes):
1. Check for correct installation (accurate position, firmly installed, tightened to the specified torque)
2. Visual inspection for damage (cracks, cracked welds, deformation, wear, corrosion, excessive wear, gouges,
abrasions and exposed threads)
3. Check for normal function
4. Check for normal return to neutral or “off” position (self-resetting switches return to neutral or “off” position after
released)
5. Clean and free of foreign objects
6. Check for correct level, sealing and leaks
7. Labels complete, clear and secure
8. Check for appropriate dimensions/tolerances
9. Fully charged
10.Verify/perform
11. Correctly lubricated
