SITA Messtechnik GmbH - Operating Instructions SITA ConSpector
6 Profiles and Profile settings
In SITA ConSpector, a total of 254 profiles can be created for different measuring tasks. Three
profile types (FluoLevel, ContLevel and userdefined) are available for this purpose. Alarm and
warning limits can be set for each profile. All measured values, e.g. of a specific application or
process bath, are saved with a time stamp under the profile and can later be read out again sorted
by profile. This allows the history of a specific application or process bath to be clearly traced. The
Liquid key can be used to conveniently switch back and forth between different profiles. With the
SITA-Processlog software, you can rename created profiles as desired.
6.1 Measurement of fluorescence intensity in RFU
The FluoLevel operating mode is used to measure and
output the relative fluorescence intensity in RFU. The
measured values output of the SITA ConSpector in this op-
erating mode correspond to the measured fluorescence
intensity, relative to the SITA fluorescence standards (see
Paragraph 8.1).
To detect the fluorescence intensity, select an existing pro-
file with the operating mode FluoLevel or create a new profile with the operating mode FluoLevel.
You can set the profile parameters in the Param menu or Menu>Profile>Edit.
