Configuring Info Reports
SunnyPortal sends you the Daily info reports when it has processed all the data from the previous day, and the
Monthly info report at the end of the month.
Requirement:

avoided factor (see Section10.4.8, page48).
Procedure:
1. In the drop-down list Report Configuration, select a Daily info report or a Monthly info report.
2. Select [Edit].
3. In the field Activate report, activate the checkbox Active.
4. Under Recipient, enter the e-mail address(es) of the recipient(s) in the text field E-mail address(es). If you enter
several e-mail addresses, separate these by commas.
5. In the Contents area
at Select channel(s), activate the contents that is to be displayed in the e-mail.
6. At Send report as select the format in which SunnyPortal is to send the report: text, HTML format or PDF.
7. At Portal page to be sent, in the drop-down list
either select the page that the SunnyPortal is to sent along with the report or select Send no page.
8. To send a test report to the stated e-mail address, select [Send test report].
9. Click on [Save].
Configuring Event Reports
SunnyPortal sends you the event reports at the times set.
Procedure:
1. In the drop-down list Report configuration, select an Event report.
2. Select [Edit].
3. In the field Activate report, activate the checkbox Active.
4. Under Recipient, enter the e-mail address(es) of the recipient(s) in the text field E-mail address(es). If you enter
several e-mail addresses, separate these by commas.
5. In the Interval area, first specify how often you wish to receive an event report by e-mail by either activating the
option Hourly or Daily, and then select from the drop-down list the Time you would like to receive the e-mail.
6. In the Contents area activate the event types whose contents are to be displayed in the e-mail.
The SunnyPortal and the SunnyHomeManager system each offer 4 event types: information, warnings, failures
and errors.
7. At Send report as select the format in which SunnyPortal is to send the report: text, HTML format or PDF.
8. At Limit messages in one report, use the drop-down list to select the maximum number of messages to be
displayed in the e-mail.
9. If applicable, activate Send empty reports if no new events are available if you wish to have sent reports
even it there are no new events available.
10. To send a test report to the stated e-mail address, select [Send test report].
11. Click on [Save].
Manually Regenerating Reports
You can create a report for a specific date in the past.
