7.4.2 Starting the Quick Configuration Guide
The Quick Configuration Guide (QCG) is used to configure the settings required for operation.
Step by step, the QCG queries the required settings for the off-grid system. Parameters for a cluster
are set centrally on the master. All slaves take on this configuration automatically.
Configuration of the off-grid system using the QCG
The off-grid inverter that is connected to a Sunny Remote Control when starting to configure a
new off-grid system automatically becomes the master.
• During configuration, only the master may be connected to a Sunny Remote Control.
• For a multicluster system, each cluster must be configured individually at the master.
