Troubleshootingî
When the X500 alarm system is not working properly please try following solutions:
Reason/Solution
Confirm whether the power supply is connected correctly
Make sure the power is on
Check whether the indicator on the remote control is on
when pressing
Check whether the remote control has paired to the
control panel successfully
The distance between the control panel and the remote
control is too far away
Check whether the LED indicator is on when magnetic
separates from transmitter
Door/window contact is far away from the control panel
Check whether the system is in armed state
Check whether space between the magnet and
transmitter is within 1 cm
Press the test button of the detector continuously in
armed state. If the control panel does not alarm, please
re-pair the PIR to the control panel
The detector is far away from the control panel
Check whether the detector has entered sleeping state
Check if the battery is exhausted
The control panel

WILL ALWAYS BE IN THE NORMAL ZONE. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PLACE IT IN
THE HOME GROUP.

TIP: Always start the SIM card telephone number with the area code of your
country (eg. 0031 for the Netherlands). This will allow you to operate the alarm
system abroad.
