PROBLEM 1: Cooling fin overtemperature
Solution:
• Check the board heatsink cooling fan
• Check that the electrical panel air intakes are not obstructed
• If the problem continues, switch power off and contact the service centre.
PROBLEM 2: Temperature reading outside the set limits.
Solution:
• Check the thermocouple operation
• Check the thermocouple linking cable
• Check connection cable
• If the problem continues, switch power off and contact the service centre.
PROBLEM 5: Problem with the closed micro pusher.
Solution:
• Check the micro operation (SQ4) or decrease the pusher speed.
• Check the pneumatic circuit pressure
• Check the cylinder operation
• If the problem continues, switch power off and contact the service centre.
PROBLEM 7: Incorrect configuration.
Solution:
• Re-set the machine model from menu reserved to re-program the board
• If the problem continues, switch power off and contact the service centre.
PROBLEM 8: Data reading problem
Solution:
• A problem with the microprocessor has occurred, therefore the board must be changed
PROBLEM 9: The sealing bar end stop has not been detected
Solution:
If the sealing bar does not move:
• Check the pneumatic circuit pressure
• Check the cylinder proper movement in the absence of pneumatic air and with the system off
• Check 24V circuit fuse on board
• Check electrovalve connection (YV1)
• Check soldering bar sensor operation (SQ2)
• If the problem continues, switch power off and contact the service centre.
PROBLEM 10: Output overload 24V.
Solution:
• Disconnect power and check the low voltage circuit for possible short circuits or
malfunctioning of any component;
• If the problem continues, switch power off and contact the service centre.
