● Assemble the tire protection (1) on the rear protection (2),
tighten using the screws and nuts (3).
● Assemble the rear protections (2) per pair and tighten
using the screws and nuts (4).
● Assemble the rear protections (2) with the 2 protection
tubes (5).

7 Rear protection support
● Assemble rear protection support (7) on the frame. Tighten
with screws and nuts (6).
● Apply the same procedure for the other side.

● Place the rear protection (7) on the rear protection support
(8).
● Place the washers (9) and tighten using the screws (10).
3.12 - Mounting the front brake hose (optional)

● Drill the alu board to 6 mm on the landmark (2) (see under
the floor tray).
● Tighten the connection of the brake hose (1) with the screw
and the nut (4).
● Place the clamps on the brake hose (1) and tighten the
screws and nuts (3).
● To adjust the front tracking width see Standard
adjustments / Front tracking width (Kart with front
brake).
