SIMUL/RELAY REC
OFF,

Sets relay recording (p. 32) or simultaneous
recording (p. 33) using multiple memory cards.
REC BUTTON SETTING Sets the operation of the START/STOP button
and handle record button when
[SIMULTANEOUS REC] is selected (p. 33).
DV MODE Sets the recording format to DV mode
(standard definition DV specification) (p. 38).
WIDE REC
OFF, ON
Sets the aspect ratio when recording in DV.
OFF ( ): Records in 4:3.
ON: Records in 16:9.
• When recording at a setting other than DV,
the aspect ratio is fixed to 16:9, and the 4:3
aspect ratio is not available.
CANCEL DV MODE Cancels DV mode (p. 38).
