Ettercap Windows
OK for all those who want to use the spoof using Windows here is how I did it.
First download ettercap for windows from here

I used ettercap-NG-0.7.2-win32.exe
Afterwards you install that you will need to download winpcap from
(http://www.winpcap.org/install/
bin/WinPcap_4_0.exe)
after you get both those installed you need to replace the etter.dns with the one from ps3news
Now run ettercap
choose the tab that says sniff --> unified Sniffing
choose your network adapter and press ok
next go to the tab that says plugin -->manage plugins
select dns_spoofing (should be third on the list)
then under tab that says start
select start sniffing
then under hosts tab
scan for hosts
lastly go to Mitm --> Arp poisoining
Select one way poisoning
and you are set.
Works for me using Windows XP with a laptop.
