Once opened, the C:tmp\Term_1.5K_Package_1_0 folder will show the following

FT_232_RL is a folder containing the USB drivers and an automatic installation program,
which must be run just once to prepare the operating environment which sorts out
everything needed, such as the USB drivers and their support files on the Windows host
system.
Term_1.5K_USB.exe is the remote control application that can be launched only after
having installed the USB drivers properly.
ftd2xx.dll is a support library file for the Term_1.5K_USB.exe application. It must be
accessible by Term_1.5K_USB.exe application, so it is required to be either manually
copied into the same folder of the application or into another system-wide folder (e.g.
C:Windows\System32, which is one of the most used repositories for libraries and
application support files.
Term_1.5K_232.exe is the remote control application specially designed to establish a
connection using the devoted RS-232 serial port which is available on the rear panel of
the linear amplifier. This application does not require any preparation related to
FT_232_RL drivers, since it uses the proprietary Windows resources.
