Motor Adapter
• Made of epoxy-coated cast iron
• Used to mount a standard NEMA C-face motor onto bearing
housing
• Used to provide an accurate, rigid shaft alignment
• Used in style "B" arrangements
Stand
• The stand (pedestal) is made of epoxy-coated cast iron.
• The stand attaches under the motor adapter or bearing
housing.
Base (Optional)
• The epoxy-coated channel base is used in style "B" & "C"
arrangements. See “Table of Base Size Used on Pedestal-
Mounted Centrifugal Pumps” on page 19.
