Unit held outside of specified environmental
conditions
Place unit in location within specified
environmental conditions: 60-75°F/ 30-70% RH
Clear fault; Rerun Diagnostic Test. If fault
returns, contact STERIS Corporation.
Spill in Well
Clean well as per the Operators Manual.
Clear fault; Rerun Diagnostic Test. If fault
returns, contact STERIS Corporation.
Error Code 000C for Well X

returns, contact STERIS Corporation.
To clear faults, follow these steps:
1. Check all wells for any BIs and remove BIs, if present.
2. Turn unit o using the ON/OFF switch located in the back of the unit.
3. Press and hold the Home button Note: The Home button is to be continually pressed while performing steps 4 & 5.
4. While pressing the Home button , turn the unit on using the ON/OFF switch located in the back of the unit.
5. Continue to press the Home button and only discontinue pressing the Home button when the message “Fault records erased” appears on the
screen, which may take 15 or more seconds.
6. Follow screen prompts to re-run diagnostic test.
